Delete your account from within the app
If Pouch Expense Tracker is installed and you can sign in, you can delete your account and all associated data yourself, immediately and permanently:
- Open Pouch Expense Tracker and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account is deleted right away — there is no waiting period.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All of your projects, records, and entries created in the app
- Any categories, payment methods, or similar settings you created
- Any images or files you uploaded from your account
No account data is retained after deletion, and it cannot be recovered once the deletion is confirmed.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to open Pouch Expense Tracker or sign in, you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us from the email address linked to your account:
Please include the app name (Pouch Expense Tracker) and the email address used to sign in. We'll confirm once your account and data have been deleted, typically within a few business days.
